| Terry Lynn Garrett, 51, of Worthington passed away 9:00 A. M. Monday, May 28, 2012, at her residence.
She was born, July 19, 1960, in Hammond, IN, Jesse Lee & Marylou (Slade) Garrett. She was a homemaker, and had worked as a CNA. Terri is survived by her daughter, Marissa (Jeremy) Hudson, West Virginia; her father, Jesse Garrett, St Albans, WV; 1 grandson, Daniel Allen Hudson; brother, Bobby (Debbie) Garrett, Worthington. She was preceded in death by her mother, and 1 sister, Penny Lee Stalcup. There will be no service held. Arrangements by Welch & Cornett Funeral Home, in Worthington.
