Luise Alderson, age 81 of Linton, died at 7:15 P.M. Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at the Linton Nursing & Rehab Center. She was born in Dallu, Germany on April 18, 1925, the daughter of Jahann “John” & Anna (Haelig) Maurer. She had worked at NSWC Crane & at The Freeman Greene County Hospital.
She is survived by two sisters in Germany, a cousin-in-law, Mary Ann Robinson of Linton, and a caregiver, Milford Stone of Linton.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Alderson, two brothers, and two sisters.
Funeral Services will be held at the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home Linton Chapel at 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 26, 2006, James Stone officiating. Burial will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service on Friday.
