Angel Flight America is a nation-wide organization dedicated to the mission of helping patients in need travel long distance to locations where they can receive diagnosis and/or treatment for various disorders and diseases. It is dependent on the thousands of pilots nationwide who donate their time, airplanes, abilities, fuel, and all related expenses to the cause of Angel Flight. There are six regions in the U.S. Patients and their families are not charged any fee for their travel on an Angel Flight.
