| McCOART, R. MICHAEL 62, passed away at the Dayton Veterans Hospital on March 19, 2009. Mike is survived by his wife of 33 years, Toni Jo and his mother Doris Ferryman. Mike is also survived by his two sons; Timothy D. (Courtney) Douglass and Eric B. (Rebecca) Douglass, one daughter; Jill Ann (Roger) Mears, one sister, Sandra K. (John) Willard and one brother; Pat T. (Donna) McCoart and 8 grandchildren; Ashley and Blaine Douglass, Logan Roark, Casey, Josh and Erica Douglass, Zachary and Brooke Mears. Mike was predeceased by his two fathers, Thomas McCoart and Floyd Ferryman, a brother Larry Ferryman and a sister Linda George. Mike was a 2 tour Vietnam veteran, serving in the United States Marine Corps attaining the rank of Corporal. He was an avid guitar player and loved God, Country, family and friends. Mike fought a valiant battle with sickness and never lost his sense of humor through it all. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday March 23, 2009 from 5pm-7pm, with a Memorial service to follow at 7pm with Pastor Jane Maxton officiating, services held at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME ENGLEWOOD CHAPEL, 675 Wenger Road Englewood, Ohio. An Inurnment will take place at a later date at the Dayton National Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans , P.O.
