| Adkins, Luke, age 85 of Dayton, passed away Friday, March 30, 2007 at Liberty Retirement Center. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth, in 1977. He was also preceded in death by his parents and thirteen siblings. One son survives him: Ben Adkins and wife Nancy of Centerville. Two grandchildren also survive him: Megan Brooks and Matthew Adkins, as do two great-grandchildren, Madison and McKenna Brooks. Luke is also survived by a step-daughter, Judy Lively and husband Jim and two step-grandchildren, Wendy and Nikki Lively. Luke was a US Army Veteran of World War II and was employed at Borden Dairy. Funeral services will be held at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME- BELMONT Chapel, 648 Watervliet Ave. at Fauver on Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at 1 PM. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:30 PM until 8 PM on Monday evening, April 2. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery.
