| ABBOTT, ROY EDWARD, 103, of Beavercreek, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at Trinity Retirement Community. He is preceded in death by his wife Donna (Ford) Abbott. He is survived by 2 sons, Alvin (Cora) Abbott of FL and Ed (Betty) Abbott of GA; 2 daughters, Sue (Ed) Brumbaugh of Beavercreek and Nancy (Will) Dearwester of Bellefontaine; 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren. He worked as a machinist and auto mechanic and was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church. He was devoted to his family and the betterment of mankind. The world is a better place because he was here and he will be greatly missed by all the people whose lives he touched. Funeral Services will be 11 AM, Friday, February 9 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Pastor Bev Jenkins officiating. His family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service Friday at the funeral home. Interment in North Cemetery, Cedarville, OH. Memorial Contributions in Roys name may be made to the Trinity Community of Beavercreek Life Enrichment Fund. | ||
