| Very sorry to read of the passing of your dear loeved one Earl. It seems that life is such a precious gift and yet so short-lived for the time we exist. I am writing to share a few words of comfort and encouragement from the source of truth the bible. God holds out a wonderful hope for all those in the grave. At John 11:25 Jesus said "I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE. HE THAT EXERCIES FAITH IN ME, EVEN THOUGH HE DIES, WILL COME TO LIFE." There are nine accounts of ones in the bible who were resurrected in the bible. Those acts are a guarantee that the resurrection of others is possible. God can bring back the billions of dead he holds within his perfect memory. (John 5-28,29) What a blessed reason to hope in God! With the gift of your memories of Earl they will bring you great joy. | Sorry to hear about the loss of your husband. He was a very good man. I will remember both of you from working with you at the McDonald's in Boone. Both of you were characters. And I enjoyed listening to you tell stories about your children. |
