Carolyn Johnson, age 70, of Plantersville, Texas passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2008 at her home. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 5th at the Lonestar Cowboy Church in Montgomery, Texas at 1 P.M. Carolyn Mae Johnson was born in Houston on February 19, 1938 to Thaddeus Ebenezer Davis, Jr., and Nellie Pauline (Warren) Davis. She graduated from Jefferson Davis High School in Houston in 1956. On November 26, 1965 she married W. Warren Johnson, Jr. and lived in Conroe and Houston until they moved out to Grimes County in 1989. Carolyn will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and a loving and faithful friend to all who had the chance to meet her. Carolyn is survived by her husband, W. Warren Johnson, Jr.; daughters, Karen Marie Kubeczka and husband Mike of Chappell Hill, Kim Hicks and husband Bob of Houston, Holly Smith and husband Eric of Brookshire; son, W. Keith Johnson and wife Kristie of Plantersville; sisters, Nina L. Schubeck and husband Harry of Pearland, Cricket Fierro and husband Clem of Plantersville; brother, Thaddeus E.
