Bill Earl Keller passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at age 78 at his home in Montgomery. All arrangements entrusted to Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home of Montgomery, Texas. He was born on October 15, 1929 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Earl and Gertrude Keller. Bill is survived by his wife, Jo; sons, Gary (Bonnie), Larry, Dale (Carmen), Alan (Michele); stepchildren, Carl Nossek, Andy Nossek, Susan Naiser (Todd); nine grandsons, two granddaughters; sisters, June Tuzinski, Lorraine Figg (Ernie), numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Bill was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing the game on the Walden course with his golfing buddies. He was a wonderful craftsman, and enjoyed creating different items out of wood, brick and rock. Bill spent many hours “crappie” fishing and shared his fish frying expertise lovingly with neighbors and friends. Bill lived his life to the fullest and will be deeply missed by all of those who loved him! A viewing and wake service will be held, Monday, February 11th at 7pm at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Plantersville. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 12th, at 10:30am at St. Mary’s with Father Edward Kucera, Jr., officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Mary’s Church Cemetery.
