To the Harris Family:
I have known Bill since the 60's. He was one of my favorite mechanics. He always knew what he wanted, no complaints, no arguing, just business. I can see him now coming to the counter and saying to give him the works for a starter, 4 brushes, armature, front plate, rear bushings and a leather washer. He and I made a lot of trips to Lake Conroe and Lake Livingston, caught lots of fish and caught nothing a few times. He was quiet, so was I. We made trips to Conroe and not say 5 words to each other. We both enjoyed that way. We would fish for 30 minutes sometime and no word was spoken. We enjoyed each others company very much. Our condolences to Starla , Ronnie and Robert and their families.

Dear Harris Family,
For the past 40 years Bill Harris has been one of my dearest friends. My heart is so full of sadness. Seeing him almost daily for at least 35 years will always be some of my fondest memories. He was always so willing to help me and just listen to me. In the last few years, when I would see his red truck come down the driveway, I was excited to see my friend! We talked and recalled the old days at Courtesy Chevrolet and the years gone by. All of you will be in my prayers and thoughts!!
Thank you, Bill, for being such a loyal firend.
