Van is a native of Russellville, and was a former owner of both the New Store in Russellville and Shinn Funeral Service. He went into semi-retirement in 1991, and has served the funeral home as a business consultant and has overseen much of the daily accounting operations for over 30 years. He and his wife, Marilyn, have two daughters, Mary Schwartz and Brenda Hengel. |

Mike has been with the funeral home for almost 30 years. He has been a licensed funeral director since 1982 and licensed embalmer since 1983. He and his wife, Cathy, are members of First Free Will Baptist Church in Russellville.

Phillip, a native of Dover, has been in the funeral business for over 12 years and working as a funeral director and embalmer with Shinn Funeral Service for over 8 years. He is the secretary/treasurer of the Dover Alumni Association and a board member of the Dover Area Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Rachel, are associate pastors at the Pleasant Grove Assembly of God at Dover and have a son, Conner James. Rachel is a cosmetologist.

Jody is a native of Texas who moved to Russellville with his wife, Lyn in June 2004. He has been whith Shinn's since 2005. He is retired from USAA in San Antonio after 31 years in the Information Systems department. He has a son, Joe living in Lampasas, Texas. |

Insurance Office Supervisor
Donna is the insurance supervisor and a Certified Pre-Need Counselor through the National Funeral Director's Association. Donna has been with the funeral home for over 17 years. A native of Russellville, she currently resides in Dardanelle with her husband, Robert. Her daughter, Camille Hofstetter, is a registered nurse at Plano, Texas.

Becky joined the funeral home in 2001 as receptionist. She is a former Atkins resident and daughter of Catherine DuVall and the late Wayne DuVall. She and her husband, Mike, live in Russellville.
