Hospice of Wyandot County exists to provide an alternative to acute care for the terminally ill and their families. The focus is to provide support and care for persons in the last phases of an incurable disease so that they may live as fully and comfortably as possible. Hospice affirms life, however acknowledges death as a normal event.
Those we care for may reside either in their own home, or any nursing facility in Wyandot County: Eaglewood Care Center, Fairhaven Community, Wyandot County Nursing Home, or Wyandot Manor.
