| | | Pearl “Marie” Weber, age 82 formerly of Forest died Mon. Apr. 30, 2012 at 4:15 a.m. at Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation in Kenton. She was born Jan. 26, 1930 in Hardin Co.
to the late James Olie and Lou Emma (McKinley) Thomson. She married Robert E. Weber on June 18, 1950 and he preceded her in death on Sept. 18, 1987.
Mrs. Weber has two surviving sons Rick (Kathy) Weber, Forest, James (Tina) Weber, Mt. Blanchard and a daughter Beth (Mike) Dear, formerly Beth Bunnell of Kenton, 2 grandchildren Matt Weber, Findlay & Brock Weber of Mt. Blanchard, 2 sisters Mary Brown, Forest and Ruth (Robert) Edgington, Mt. Blanchard.
Mrs. Weber graduated from Forest High school class of 1948. She was a school teacher for 30 years and retired from Riverdale Local School System in 1983. Mrs. Weber attended Blanchard River Church of Christ. She loved flower and vegetable gardening and spending time outdoors where she could enjoy nature. She loved animals and always made a special effort to comfort the homeless and abused ones.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday May 3, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the CLARK SHIELDS Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Umphress officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 2, 2012 from 4-8 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the humane society of the donor’s choice in care of CLARK SHIELDS Funeral Home 301 S. Patterson St. Forest, OH 45843.
