| | | Earl P. Cramer, age 76, of New Washington, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the Willard Mercy Hospital in Willard, Ohio. He was born September 15, 1935 in North Auburn, Ohio to the late Fred and Marie (Niedermier) Cramer. He was a member of the former Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church and now a member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church in New Washington. Earl had been a life long farmer who enjoyed coon hunting. He also had served in the U.S. Army Reserves.
He is survived by his wife, Alice J. (Marshall) Cramer, whom he married June 17, 1961; son, Jeff (Cheryl) Cramer of New Washington; 3 daughters, Sandra (Tim) Long of Bucyrus, Pamela (Raymond) Garrett and Julie (Scott) Ramey, both of New Washington; 6 grandchildren, Tyler and Jessica Cramer, Brandon Long, Daniel Garrett, Chelsea and Nicholas Ramey; and 2 brothers, Louis Cramer and Virgil Cramer, both of Attica.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred & Marie Cramer; 2 sisters, Winifred Myers and Bernadette Hipp; and 2 brothers, Alan and Roland Cramer.
Visitation will be Monday, May 14, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the St. Bernard Catholic Church in New Washington, where the funeral mass will be Monday at 11:00 A.M., with Fr. Eric Culler officiating. Burial will follow at the Mother of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery in North Auburn, Ohio.
