|Joanne,Just got an e-mail from Tom. so sorry to hear of Al's passing. Sorry we cannot be there with you. Always loved to listen to Dad and Al talk about the war. Dad wouldn't really talk to anyone else much about it. Now the two of them can be together and talk more WWII stories. Love to you and Susan, Cathy and Nancy. Love always Pat Swanson Please know we are thing of you.|

|Joanne and Family,
I was very sad to learn about Albert's passing, what a wonderful and giving man he was. I truly enjoyed the days I got to work with Albert, he always had that magical way of brightening everyone's day and making them laugh.
I feel honored to have shared a little piece of his life,
And he will be dearly missed for sure by all.
My prayers and thoughts are with you.

|I cannot think of Al without smiling. He was a hard working guy that always had time to stop, share a laugh and make you feel significant. He had a rare gift. Joanne and the girls - everytime Al spoke of you it was obvious how much you added to his life. You were his blessing. God be with you at this tender time.

|Joanne, Susan, Cathy, and Nancy. My heartfelt sympathy goes to your family. Al was someone who I knew all my life. I remember him when I was little and he would give me candy at Caywoods Grocery Store. Will always remember him dearly.
