Billie Fay Kinsey Miller, “Nonnie” was born November 3, 1931 to Tommie Kinsey and Susie Graves and went home on October 5, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert Earl (Bob) Miller, brother Bud Kinsey and great-granddaughter Ashton Leigh Nettuno. She is survived by her children Barbara Fay and husband Harvey Currie, Vivian Lenett Shirley and husband Jim McDermott, Robert Randall and wife Mary Miller, Edward Earl and wife Becky Miller, Bill and wife Jennifer Carlton; eleven grandchildren, Yolanda and husband Dean Cowart, Mark Nettuno and wife Jackie, Craig Nettuno and wife Shelly, Lauran Perez and Adam Currie, Maegan and Eric Forsyth, Kyle Miller, Kinsey Miller, Barbara Ann Miller, Keegan Carlton and Presley Carlton ; nine great-grandchildren, Kelton Cowart, Kale Cowart, Chazstinee Perez, Morgan Nettuno, Britleigh Nettuno, Keithan Perez, Riley Forsyth, and Trevor Currie and Hayden Currie; siblings are Georgie Mills, Frances Beard, Mildred Kinsey, Rose Britton, Virginia Berry, Sandra Cave, Dudley Kinsey, Danny Kinsey, Ella Burkett, Donna Jones, Robby Gowin, Johnnie Gowin, Alford Kinsey and Susie Tucker. A Celebration of her life to be held Sat., Oct. 10 @ her home in The Woodlands, Texas; with graveside service Sunday, Oct. 11, @ 2PM in Center Hill Cemetery, Oakhurst, Texas.
