Fredna (Freddie) White

Fredna (Freddie) White was born April 30, 1927 and passed away on October 03, 2009 in The Woodlands, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother,great- grandmother and aunt.

Fredna was married to John White for 42 years when he passed away in 1986. She is also proceeded in death by her parents, Bryant and Martha Ready and brother Morris Farris.

Freddie, as she was known to so many, loved to play cards, loved gardening, and reading and later in life sitting at her window watching the many birds that came to her
bird feeders.

Freddie worked many years at Huntsville Memorial Hospital and then later
for EMS at the City of Huntsville from which she retired.

Freddie is survived by her three daughters, Jeanette York and husband Ron,
Millie Jarnot and husband Robert and Joyce McGalin; grandchildren John McGalin
and wife Debbie, Lee Stampley and wife Tracy, Michael McGalin, Brian Stampley,
Staci Hudson and husband Edie, Tyler York and Selena Jarnot; 8 great-grandchildren
and numerous niece and nephews.

Services will be held at Cook Springs Baptist Church in Huntsville, Texas at 11:00AM on October 6, 2009 with interment to follow at Farris Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday, October 05, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the chapel
of Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home, Huntsville, Texas.
