Harry M. Gollrad Harry M. Gollrad, of Huntsville, Texas passed away July 7, 2009 at age 85. He was born in Giddings, Texas on December 22, 1923 to Evelyn C. Collrad (Rethke) and Willie Gollrad. He is preceded in death by mother, Evelyn C. Collrad (Rethke), father, Willie Gollrad, wife, Inez Gollrad and daughter, Marlene Smith. Survivors include son, Kenneth Gollrad of Huntsville, Texas; grandchildren, Chris Wilson and wife Amy, Johnny Smith, Jeff Smith and wife Tonya, Tobie Carter and husband Tim, all of Hamburg, Arkansas. Also survived by, great-grandchildren, Emma Wilson, Johnny Mack, Mechelle, Molly, Hannah, Kayley Smith, Cody and Eric Carter all from Arkansas; sisters, Aline McKeown of Giddings, Texas, Helen Cannon of Montgomery, Texas; brother, Marvin Gollrad of Pearland, Texas. Graveside service will be Friday, July 10, 2009, 10:00 AM at Cline Prairie Cemetery in Huntsville, Texas. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 9, 2009, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Huntsville.
