Katheryn Chumley, born June 12, 1924, passed away January 11, 2012, age 87. She is survived by son Don Chumley and wife Barbara; son Wayne Chumley and wife Becky; son Mike Chumley and wife Diane; grandson James Chumley and wife Kathie; granddaughter Jena Spikes and husband James; granddaughter Lindsey Reding; grandson John Chumley; granddaughter Kari Tingley and husband Edward; great grandchildren: Ty Chumley, Kyler Tingley, Keaton Tingley, Jamie Spikes, Jordan Spikes, Gage Reding; Ashley Erickson, and Katie Erickson; sister Jewell Lunsford; sister Zelda Faye Beidrzycki; and brother Allen Stanaland. Katheryn was preceded in death by parents J.M. and Iness Stanaland; husband Olan Chumley; son Terry Chumley; 2 brothers and 1 sister. Visitation with the family is scheduled for Friday, January 13 from 6-8 PM at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 14 at 11 AM in the Chapel at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis, with burial later that day at 3 PM at Brookside Memorial Park in Houston.
