| | | Wilma Theresa Gantek, age 95, passed away July 5, 2011. She is survived by son Teofil Gantek of Willis, TX; daughter Claudette Kiely and husband Vincent of Conroe, TX; daughter Audrey Fernandes of Waterbury, CT; 9 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren. Wilma was preceded in death by husband John Gantek.
Visitation with the family will be held Friday, July 8 from 6-8 PM at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis, with Rosary beginning at 7 PM. Funeral Services officiated by Father Thomas Hopper are scheduled for Saturday, July 9 at 1 PM in the Chapel at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis. An additional Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 13 at 10 AM at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Stratford, CT with burial following service at St. Michaels Cemetery in Stratford, CT.
