On Tuesday, June 14th, Eugene H. Vogt Sr, “Sonny”, joined Christ, family, and friends in Heaven. He will always be loved by his wife, Ethel Vogt; children: Eugene Vogt Jr., Linda Vogt, Victoria Soto, and Sarah Mayolo; his grandchildren: Erik Vogt, Karoline Brewer, Malia Adams, Michael Ure, David Vogt II, Shoshana Vogt, Angela Vogt, Rachel Walton, Daniel Soto, Laura Soto, Ana Soto, Michael Mayolo, Christopher Mayolo; and many, many, great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 18, 2011, at 3:00 PM, at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis, with interment following at Smith Memorial Park.
