Geneva Wilson, age 81, of Huntsville, TX, passed away April 28, 2011. She was born June 16, 1929 to John and Helen Pavlock in New Waverly, TX, and married Virgil Wilson in 1947. Geneva was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Pavlock; husband Virgil Everett Wilson; 4 brothers; 1 sister; and 1 nephew. She is survived by her son Billy Wilson; granddaughter Kimberly Bartee and husband Jeff; granddaughter Leslie Carranza and Felix; great-grandchildren Samuel Everett Carranza and Mikala Dawn Carranza; sisters-in-law Mattie Anderson and Lois Yancey; special cousin Virginia Wagner; special friend Margaret Faulk; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins; and a host of dear friends. Visitation with the family will be held Sunday, May 1 from 5-7 PM at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis, with the Rosary beginning at 7 PM. Funeral Services are scheduled for Monday, May 2 at 10 AM in the Chapel at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis, with burial following services at Shepard Hill Cemetery in Willis.
