Jack Edward Blakeney passed away February 16, 2009. He is survived by his wife, Linda Blakeney of Willis; son Jack Blakeney, Jr. of Willis; daughter LeeAnna Marie Blakeney of Willis; son Joseph Blakeney and wife Penny of Willis; son Justin Blue (Judd) Blakeney of Willis; grandchildren Carrina Blakeney, Blake Speaker, DeAnna Blakeney, Brooklynn Speaker, Jack Blakeney, III, Troy Blakeney, and Macy Blakeney; sister Francis Pepper; sister Marie Wyatt, brother Larry Blakeney, brother Tommy Blakeney; special friend Chris Thurber; and numerous other relatives and friends. Jack is preceded in death by parents Clyde and Elna Blakeney and his brother Clyde Blakeney, Jr. Visitation with the family is scheduled for Thursday, February 19 from 6 – 8 PM at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis. Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 20 at 2 PM in the Chapel at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis with interment following service at Willis Cemetery.
