Johnnie Mae Waller passed away January 29, 2009 in Conroe, TX. She was born April 1, 1929 in Diana, TX. Johnnie Mae is survived by her daughter Linda Wagner and son-in-law Jerry; grandchildren Mark Wagner and wife Kim and Felicia Walker and husband, James; great-grandchildren Bryce Wagner, Rebecca Wagner, Trenton Wagner, Peyton Wagner, and Amy Walker; sister-in-law Mary Swanner of Atlanta, TX; 4 nephews and 1 niece. She is preceded in death by parents, Henry L. and Nannie Swanner; brothers Henry Swanner, Franklin Swanner and wife Beverly, and Jack Swanner; sisters Christine Grau and Betty Wells. The family wishes to thank all of the nurses and staff at Conroe Health Care Center and Odyssey Hospice for the wonderful care they gave to Johnnie Mae. Visitation with the family will be held Sunday, February 1, 2009 from 6-8 PM at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis. Graveside services officiated by Chaplain Ron Ellis are scheduled for Monday, February 2, 2009 at 10 AM at Earthman Resthaven in Houston, TX. Pallbearers will be Richard Prkle, Charles Rutland, Phillip Wagner, Tommy Wagner, James Walker, and Billy W. Wilson.
