Jason Edward Lucher, age 33, of New Waverly, passed away January 18, 2009. He is survived by his parents James and Gloria Lucher of New Waverly, TX; brother Steven Lucher of Riverside, TX; grandparents Jay and Anna Ballard of Joaquin, TX; grandmother Dorothy McKay of Willis, TX; grandfather Donald McKay of Willis, TX; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and special friends Kerri and Logan Smith of Riverside, TX. Jason is preceded in death by his grandfathers Stash Slott and Robert Lucher. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 21from 6 to 8 PM at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 22 at 10 AM in the Chapel at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis with interment following the service at Elmina Cemetery in New Waverly.
