Hobe was a very special neighbor and friend of ours. He always seemed to find interesting things to do. . . . . .like being on the inaugural Continental air flight to Japan; or, appearing with Houston Grand Opera in the spotlight, center stage, as the grand archbishop while internationally famed opera singer Samuel Ramey stood in the shadows. Who else but our Hobe!
He had many wonderful trips to talk about but usually turned the conversation around to you. He lived a life of high values and we are grateful for having had him in our lives. He was a very special person.
