Briane Elizabeth (Powers) Vaas, 26 passed away unexpectedly in her home on Thursday, March 15th, 2007. Born in Columbus, Ohio Tuesday, January 13, 1981, Graduated from Dublin Coffman High School 1999, Member of the Dublin Coffman Crew Team, Girl Scout Gold Award Recipient, Graduate of Fischer College of Business, The Ohio State University 2004. Member of the Chi Omega Sorority, Zeta Alpha Chapter, Employed with Arena District Living. Survived by husband, Jonathan M. Vaas; father Thomas W. Powers and mother, Lana K. Powers; brothers Thomas Patrick Powers and Andrew P. (Monica Lynn) Powers; sister, Skye K. Powers-Kaminski (Robert J. Kaminski); beloved friends, Nikki and Matt Parrish, Tasha McCoy, Penny Darbyshire, Christopher, Lisa and God son, Jackson Anderson. Family and friends may call 3-5 and 7-9PM on Monday, March 19, 2007 at RUTHERFORD FUNERAL HOME AT POWELL, 450 West Olentangy Street (Powell Rd./St. Rt. 750/1/4 mile east of Sawmill Pkwy), Powell, OH 43065. Funeral service will be at 10AM Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at Liberty Presbyterian Church, 7080 Olentangy River Rd. (Corner of Home Rd. and St. Rt. 315 North of I-270) Delaware, OH 43015.
