Mary Theresa Belskis, age 89, passed away July 6, 2007. Born October 9, 1917 in Chicago, Illinois where she resided over 60 years. Preceded in death by her husband, Tony Belskis. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Paula and Michael Koppisch, of East Lansing, Michigan; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Amy Belskis, of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren, Alex Belskis of Raleigh, North Carolina and Jessica Belskis of Palo Alto, California; brother, Fred Pett of Chicago, Illinois; and her close friends, the Albert Alexander family of Columbus, Ohio. After retirement, Tony and Mary moved to Columbus to be near their grandchildren with whom they had many years of enjoyment. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on July 13, 2007, 11:00 AM, at St. Peter’s Church, 6899 Smoky Row Road, Columbus where family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Fr. Jeff Rimelspach will preside at the mass. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Recreation Unlimited, 7700 Piper Road, Ashley, Ohio 43003.
