Michael Anderson Williams
“The Snake”
December 23, 1959- April 26, 2008

Michael Anderson Williams, a lifelong resident of Newburgh, New York and a teamster at Tarkett for twenty years, entered into rest Saturday, April 26, 2008 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was 48.
The son of Danedith Williams and the late JC Williams, Michael was born on December 23, 1959 in Newburgh, New York. He attended Newburgh Free Academy.
Survivors include his wife, Yolanda Williams of Newburgh, Four sons; Michael Andre Pridgen of North Carolina, Michael Williams Jr., Michael Williams and Markell Williams all of Newburgh; Five sisters, Regina Williams of Newburgh, New York, Maryln Williams of Clarkston, Michigan, Angela De Freece, Tiphany Williams, and Samantha Williams all of Atlanta, Georgia; Five Brothers, JC Williams Jr. of Clinton, North Carolina, David T. Williams of Orlando, Florida, Gregory Williams of San Francisco, California, Charles Williams of Plattekill, New York and Reginald Williams of Newburgh, New York; Two grandchildren; Four sister-in-laws; Annie Williams of Clinton, North Carolina, Evelyn Williams of Orlando, Florida, Deedee Williams of San Franscico, California and Maria Williams of Plattekill, New York; His best friend, Tony Knight and special friend, Savonya Monk-Clark of Maryland. A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
He was predeceased by his father JC Williams and his sister Diana Williams.

Bishop Jeffrey C. Woody, Officiating.

Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery Middlehope, New York.
