Member of AME Zion Church in Newburgh, New York and also a member of the Majestic Men’s Club for a number of years and became an honorary member during the last two years. In 1955, Jack married the love of his life, the late Naomi Inez Geter Ware. From this union came two daughters, Desiree and Darlene. The family of four soon became a family of five with the addition of an inherited daughter Easter Ware. The family of five then became a family of nine after the loss of his sister-in-law, Clarise Pearson. Sheree, Dianna, Tiesha and Trenda. Over the years Jack and Naomi fostered over 30 children.

Along with a host of other family and friends. Jack was predeceased by wife, Naomi Inez Geter Ware, parents, daughter and brother.

Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery Middlehope, New York.
