Fred “TINY” Nuell was born in Queens, NY on March 31, 1955 to the late Pollie Nuell and Mark Myree. In 1982 Tiny became a member of the Onslow County Sheriff’s Dept. in Jacksonville, NC. He later moved back to Queens New York where in fell in love with Melanie Marshall and had a daughter – Dianne Pollie Nuell.
Tiny went home to rest with mother and father on April 9, 2008 at Piit County Memorial Hospital in Greenville, North Carolina. Tiny always loved to play his guitar for his loving daughter Dianne and he also brought his band with him when he would visit friends and family. He was the “Gentle Giant” who if he saw you twenty times in one day he’d be sure to say, “Hey How You Doing” twenty times. Tiny was known for his cooking especially his signature dish: bake chicken, macaroni & cheese collard greens and stuffing. Whenever you left from somewhere he would always give the peace sign.
Tiny leaves behind his loving partner Melanie Marshall, daughter Dianne Pollie Nuell, brother James Nuell, Sister Gloria Myree, Nephews Mark Jenkins and Connor Nuell and his extended brother and sisters: Sterling, Lela, Oletha, Diann, Dorn, Adeen, Adrian, Ozzie, Zela, Seth, and Derek and special love to Dianne Marshall, Donnie Marshall, Ian Marshall and the nursing staffing that cares for his daughter: Camille, Joanna, Maria and Maureen.

Prophetess Brenda Tindal, Officiating
