Three sons, James “Toby” Faison and wife Beverly of Newburgh, New York, Billy Faison and wife Betty of Jacksonville, North Carolina and Larry Donell Faison and wife Linda of Pennsylvania; Five daughters, Helen Smith and husband Jerry Frank, Mattie Powell, Dorothy Faison and Brenda Faison Gayle and husband all of Newburgh, New York Anna Louise Faison of Goldsboro, North Carolina; Two sisters, Helen Durham of Goldsboro, North Carolina and Matte Hill of Newfield, New Jersey. Twenty nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and twenty great great grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was predeceased by Husband, Jerry Faison, parents, Two sons, Henry J. Faison and Bobby Faison, Daughter, Nellie Faison, Four brothers, Joe Battle, Jesse Battle, James Battle and Buster Battle, Three grandchildren, Patty Powell Raynor, Jerry Lewis Smith and Jason colon and One great grandchild, Ledell Smith, Jr.

Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Middlehope, New York.
