An independent testing laboratory tested these bare metals for use in a salt solution at 95 degrees Farhenheit until the 20-gauge sheets failed. Failure occurred when a hole appeared. Accelerated tests were continued until 19-gauge failed. The preceding projections were made upon those findings. Stainless steel is 409 series .037. Solid copper is 32 ounce.
