| | | Rock Valley, IA: Lori Janssen Clark, 47, of Alcester, SD, formerly of Doon, IA, died Tuesday, October 16, 2007 near Brandon, IA due to an accident with a semi-truck. Visitation with family will begin at 6:30 pm and Memorial Service at 7:30 pm Monday at Porter Funeral Home, Rock Valley, IA. Lori was born August 20, 1960, daughter of Melvin and Joyce (Hass) Janssen. After attending West Lyon and Rock Valley Public Schools she obtained her CDL license and drove semi-trucks long-haul. Lori enjoyed animals especially caring for and riding horses. She would always lend a helping hand to family and friends.
She is survived by her siblings, Garry (Patricia) Janssen, LeAnn (Jay) Grevengoed all of Rock Valley, Linda (Jerry) Aasen of Sioux Falls, SD, Steven (Reta) Janssen of Doon, IA, Ronald Janssen of Punta Gorda, FL; very special friends, nephews, nieces. Her parents, grandparents, and nephew, Kory Grevengoed preceded her in death.
