Oltmann Funeral Home will honor your pre-arranged funeral plans from any other funeral service provider. This is much like having a C.D. at a Bank and you simply move it to another Bank. Since the Funeral Home has not provived any services, except to hold your money, They should let you transfer to any Funeral Home you wish.
