Burks, Eddy Robin Burks and wife Lillian all of Newburgh, Franklin Pierce and wife Mildred of Youngstown, OH, Stacey W. Burks and wife Betty and Tracy Lamar Burks and wife Elizabeth of Schenectady, NY; Three daughters, Hilda Williams of Norfolk, VA, Amy Burks and Wanda Beckwith and husband Julius all of Newburgh; Fifty one grandchildren, Twenty Six great grandchildren; Three brothers, John Burks, James Augusta Burks and Howard Burks; Three sisters,Ardie Burden, Sarah Pinsett and Mary Oates all of Newburgh; Special thanks to Judy Harris, his caregiver of 5 1/2 years. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, god-children, other relatives and dear friends. He was predeceased by wife of forty five years, Frances D. Burks, his parents, four brothers, Noah Burks, Minister Henry (HJ) Burks, Lorenzo Charles R. and George W. Burks and two sisters, Mae Emma Burks and Gertha Rich.
