| |  | | Herbert Frederick “Pooch” Cremeans, 75, of Huntington, WV, died Saturday October 18, 2008 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Graveside funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday October 22, 2008 at Highland Cemetery Annex by Pastor Todd Mills. Pooch was born August 26, 1933 in Cabell County, WV. a son of the late Louis & Emma Kennedy Cremeans. He was a U.S. Army veteran in special forces Green Beret serving during the Korean Conflict & a member of the Huntington Paratroopers Club. His wife Brenda Cremeans preceded him in death. Survivors include 1 daughter Debbie Winters of Huntington, 4 sons Darell (Belinda) Cremeans of South Carolina, a son with a special committee & love Rick (Vicky) Cremeans, Paul (Christina) Cremeans & Rodney (Dora Fuller) Cremeans all of Huntington, 5 grandchildren Beth McComas, Mariah, Cody, Corey & Aaron David Cremeans, 3 great-grandchildren Kaitlynn Ryder, Blain Dallas & Quinton Cremeans, 3 bestest 4 legged buddies Pooch, Shike & Shortie.
