Thomas M.C. Darnall, Sr., son of Ralph and Kathrine (Miller) Darnall, was born March 23, 1950 in Des Moines, Iowa. He attended school in Des Moines, graduating from Johnston High School. Thomas served in the United States Army and was a retired Army Veteran.
Thomas was a resident of Des Moines before moving to Ruthven. He was currently employed at Hardee’s in Spencer. In his free time, Thomas enjoyed reading and playing computer games.
Thomas M.C. Darnall, Sr. died March 28, 2007 at the Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at the age of 57. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Kathrine Darnall.
He is survived by his wife, Robin of Ruthven, IA; his sons, Thomas M.C. Darnall, II and Remington Darnall both of Des Moines, IA; sisters-in-law, Laura Darnall of Des Moines, IA and Lowetta Miller of Ruthven, IA; his brother, Frank Sykora of Ruthven, IA; as well as many other relatives and friends.
