These prices are effective as of February 26, 2009, but are subject to change without notice.

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. (A 5% discount will be given when a casket is purchased from us and the balance is paid, by cash or check, within 10 days. This discount can not be given when payment is made with a charge card.)

Prior to drafting any contract for goods and services, the responsible party or decendent's survivor who is handling the arrangements is entitled to receive, any copy of any pre-need agreement that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the deceased, and that is in the prossession of the funeral establishment.

Traditional Funeral Service

*MINIMUM SERVICES OF THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF: $1,495.00

Our services include: personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to questions and initial call; conducting the arrangements conference; planning the funeral; consulting with family and clergy; shelter of remains; preparing and filing of necessary notices; obtaining necessary authorizations and permits; coordinating with the cemetery, crematory, church or other third parties. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead costs, such as taxes, licenses and insurance required.

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES OF THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF AND USE OF THE FACILITIES:

Use of the Chapel and Staff to coordintate and direct the funeral ceremony at the chapel. (This includes 2 hrs. visitation prior to the service, service at the place of final disposition or delivery to place of disposition). $450.00
Use of staff to coordinate and direct the funeral ceremony at the church, temple or other facility.
$525.00

Use of the staff to coordinate and direct the Rosary at Church and the use of the Hearse and Flower Car at the Church. $450.00

Use of staff to coordinate and direct funeral ceremony at the place of final disposition in lieu of mortuary chapel $400.00

Use of facilities for Viewing not in the chapel $150.00. Chapel viewing $25.00 hourly from 9:00 AM-5:00PM Viewing from 5:00PM -9:00pm $100.00 hourly $400.00

EMBALMING AND OTHER PREPARATION: $400.00
(Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with an open casket viewing or viewing for more than 1 hour for family or friends. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement which does not require you to pay for it, such as a closed casket, direct cremation, immediate burial or less than 1 hour private family viewing).

Bathing, dressing, casketing and cosmetizing of the deceased, or assistance to the family and use of our facility to do so. $250.00
(There will be an additional charge for reconstructive or restorative work).

Hair Styling. $50.00
(Haircutting and coloring are additional)
Translation of Documents for shipment to Mexico $100.00
Taking Documents to Mexican Consulate for family $450.00

Refrigeration($25.00 per day after 1st 24hrs

TRANSPORTATION

Transfer of the deceased from the place of death to the mortuary (within a 30 mile radius). Additional distance will be charged at $1.25 per mile. $275.00

After 5:00 P.M. removal an overtime charge will be added. $85.00

After 5:00p.m. removal requiring two men, and additional charge. $170.00
Funeral vehicle (Hearse) within a 30 mile radius. Additional distance will be charged as above (includes one free limousine). $350.00

Family vehicle (Limousine) within a 30 mile radius. Additional distance will be charged as above. Two hour limit. Additional time will be charged at a rate of $100.00 an hour.

Second Limousine. $200.00

Flower car within a 30 mile radius, 1st trip. $75.00
2nd trip $25.00 per trip.

Transport to or from San Jose Airport. $275.00
Transport to or from San Francisco Airport $325.00

Miscellaneous services Translating documents for shipping to Mexico

OTHER SERVICES

IMMEDIATE BURIAL ($2,120.OO)
Our charges (without viewing or ceremony) include: basic services of the funeral director and staff; proportionate share of the overhead costs, local removal of remains during regular business hours and transportation to the local cemetery. This price does not include the cost of the casket or alternative container. Please see casket price list for these prices.

FORWARDING OF REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME ($2,170.OO)
Our charges include: basic services of the funeral director and staff, a proportianate share of the overhead costs, local removal of remains during regular business hours, and embalming, if relevant. This price does not include: transportation to the airport or out of town funeral home and/or any shipping charges, the cost of a casket or alternative container, permit fee or the cost of an air shiping tray that is required by the airlines to protect the casket. RECEIVING OF REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME ($1,845.00)
Our charges include: basic services of the funeral director and staff, a proportionate share of the overhead costs, storage of the remains and transprotation to the cemetery. This cost is for delivery to the cemetery only. It does not include the cost or the use of our automotive equipment to go to the airport, visitation or funeral service, a casket or permit fees.
