| Vada Lavinia Tenney, 87, of Procious, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 14, 2011 at Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ivydale following a long illness.
Vada was preceded in death by her husband, Harding Silas Tenney; parents, William Ellis and Rachel (Davis) Butcher; brother, Theodore Butcher; sisters, Flora Dawson, Priscilla Clark, Olive Clark, Ada King, and Bessie Burdette. Survivors include her son, Garland Ray Tenney of Procious; daughter, Karen Jean Frank of Sidney, OH; grandchildren, Rebecca Fanary, Stuart Tenney; great grandchildren, Marissa Fanary, Miranda Fanary, and Adrianne Tenney. Vada’s funeral service will be 11:00 am Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Matics Funeral Home in Clendenin with Pastor Allen Jones officiating. Burial will be at Clay Memorial Gardens in Clay.
