Donnia Irene (Bryant) Dunlap, 79, of Clendenin, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday January 17th, 2008 at Meadows Home of Care in Cross Lanes, after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse “Waitman” Dunlap, parents Ira and Maydo Mullens Bryant, sons, Larry Leo Dunlap, Jesse Larry Dunlap, brothers, Christy Bryant, William Bryant, sisters, Laura Belcher, Lula Evans, Thelma Evans, and Tressie Belcher. Survivors include sons, Billy Joe Dunlap of Elyria, OH, Tommy Edward Dunlap of Wallback, WV, Jerry Wayne Dunlap of Clendenin, Benny Clayton Dunlap of Parma, OH, daughter, Doris Ann Stowers of Cross Lanes, brother, Marshall Bryant of Lizemores, WV, sisters, Betty Jean Harmon of Clendenin, WV, Lucy May Barker of Campbell’s Creek, WV, grandchildren, Craig Dunlap, Toby Dunlap, Michael Dunlap, Billy Dunlap, Kimberly Divita, Shelly Paxton, Carol Young, Lindsay Dunlap, Michelle Dunlap, Cody Stowers, Leigh Ann Stowers, and 20 great-grandchildren. A special thanks to the staff at Meadows Home of Care for the love and care given to our mom. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday January 20th, 2008 at Matics Funeral Home in Clendenin with Brother Tony Lesher officiating. Interment will be at Martha Mullins Cemetery in Clendenin. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. | ||
