Maxine J. (Tobias) Tyczkowski
Maxine J. (Tobias) Tyczkowski, age 58, of Route 76, Ripley, NY, formerly of East Main St. Westfield died Friday, May 20, 2005 at Westfield Memorial Hospital in Westfield, New York. after being stricken at home.
A lifetime Chautauqua County resident , she was a graduate of Westfield Acedemy and Central Schools. She enjoyed being a homemaker and was proud that she was a "Stroke Survivor". She was a member of St. James Major RC Church. Maxine enjoyed playing on her computer, books on tape, music and spending time with her children and grandchildren and all of her family. She was an avid swimmer.
She was born February 02, 1947 in Mayville, New York the daughter of Stephan and Irene (Harper) Tobias.
Survivors include her husband
Patrick W. Tyczkowski of Ripley, NY, her 7 children; Eric Lancaster of Sacramento, CA, Mark Lancaster of Westfield, NY, Kevin Lancaster of Westfield, NY, Christopher Lancaster of Strasburg, PA, Lisa Rawlings of Decatur, AL, Jennifer Michels of Westfield, NY, and Sarah Tykowski of Fredonia, NY. Also surviving are her 12 Grandchildren as well as her mother Irene (Harper) Tobias of Westfield, NY, and her sister Christine Tobias of Westfield, NY.
She was preceded in death by her father, Stephan Tobias, and her brother Stephen A. Tobias.
Visitation will be at MASON Funeral Home on Monday from 6 PM until 8 PM
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2005 at 9:30 A.M. at St. James Major RC Church. Fr. Daniel Young of St. James Major RC Church will be officiating. Private burial will be in St. James Cemetery, Westfield, NY
