Jane Dietsch Norris Green
Jane Dietsch Norris Green, 89, of So. Water St., Westfield, NY, formerly of Lakewood and Bemus Point, NY, died Tuesday, February 08, 2005 at The Waters of Westfield ,Westfield, New York.
She was born May 12, 1915 in Warren, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Leon and Edna (Niver) Dietsch.
She was raised in Warren, PA and had been a Westfield resident since 1996 moving here from Lakewood having previously resided in Bemus Point. A Member of St. James Major RC Church, she had been a member of the Alter & Rosary Society. She enjoyed knitting, needle piont, golf and reading which was her passion.
She enjoyed playing bridge and had been a 50 plus year member of "The Bridge Club" of Jamestown. She and her late husband Ted, wintered in Florida for many years.
Survivors include her two daughters;
Anne Norris Moelk of Westfield, NY, and Joan Swanson Meeder of Clymer, NY, as well as her granddaughter, Carolyn Swanson of Clymer, NY. Jane is also survived by her sister Theresa Dietsch of Erie, PA
She was preceded in death by her first husband Raymond Norris, her second husband, Theodore Green, her father, Leon Dietsch, and her mother, Edna (Niver) Dietsch, an infant Son, and by her two brothers Joseph and Thomas Dietsch.
Visitation will be at MASON Funeral Home on Friday, February 11, 2005
from 3-5 PM
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 12, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at St. James Major RC Church.
Fr. Daniel Young will be officiating.
Burial will be in the St. Joseph's Cemetery in Warren, Pennsylvania.
