Olga B. Naeser
Olga B. Naeser, age 75, of West Main Street, Westfield, NY, died Sunday, August 08, 2004 at home.
She was born July 27, 1929 in Westfield, New York the daughter of the late Walter and Anna (Telep) Baran.
A Westfield resident all her life, she was a 1947 Graduate of Westfield Academy and Central School and attended Bowling Green University to study accounting. She was the owner and operator of the family grape farm, Naeser Vineyards, in Westfield. Mrs. Naeser was a member of Growers Co-Operative Grape Juice Company, Cornell Co-Operative Extension, NY Wine and Grape Foundation and had been involved with several local civic organizations. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and traveling having visited several Euopean and Asian Countries. Other than her family, her passion was her grape farm.
Survivors include her 3 sons
Mark Naeser of Jamestown, NY, Martin Naeser of Mayville, NY, Michael Naeser of Brocton, NY, her daughter, Martha Naeser of Westfield, NY, her 3 brothers; John Baran of So. Kingston, RI, Stephen Baran of Westfield, NY, Andrew Baran of Palmyra, NY, and her 2 sisters Betty Andes of Shadyside, OH, and Anna Boyle of Inverness, FL.
She was preceded in death by her husband Max R. Naeser who she married on August 29, 1952 and who died on February 3, 1984. and by her father, Walter Baran, and her mother, Anna (Telep) Baran, her sister Anastasia "Nell" Lock , and by her brother Walter Baran, Jr.
Visitation will be at MASON Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6-8 PM
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 11, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at Westfield Cemetery - Graveside. Rev. Dr. Alexander Holmes will be officiating.
