| | | WILLIAM RICHARD ANDREWS, age 69 years, a resident of the Fork Mountain Road Community, Parsons, WV., departed this life Saturday evening, March 1, 2008 at Tucker Community Care. Death was attributed to cardiac arrest.
He was born Saturday, August 13, 1938 at Coshocton, Ohio, a son of the late Edward Andrews and Nora Hersh. On December 18, 1978 at Canton, Ohio, he was married to the former Daisy Mae Riley, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons; Andy Andrews of Parsons, Adam Andrews of Valley Bend, one daughter; Tammy White of Ohio, one half sister Joyce and ten grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son; Aaron Riley Andrews and one grandchild, Charles Arthur White.
He attended the schools of Ohio. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a Truck Driver and he was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed watching wrestling.
Mr. Andrews request for cremation was honored. A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 12 Noon, at the Parsons City Cemetery where full military rites will be accorded by the H.W. Daniels Post #29 American Legion and the Tygart Valley Post #3647 Veterans of Foreign War will conduct full military rites. The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for WILLIAM RICHARD ANDREWS.
