| | | Anna L. Leisinger, 87, of Waterloo, and formerly of Denver, died Wednesday, June 30, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home.
She was born December 12, 1922 in Mt. Vernon Township the daughter of Louie and Meta Rohrssen Heidemann. She married Loren W. Leisinger on December 12, 1943 in Mt. Vernon Township. He preceded her in death on March 13, 2007.
Anna worked in the clerical office of Rath Packing Co for 36 years retiring in 1984.
She is survived by one son; Loren (Suanne) Leisinger, Jr. of Cedar Falls, one sister; Melba Tate of Harlingen, TX, one brother; Leslie Heidemann of Red Lions, PA, three grandchildren and one great grandson,
She was preceded in death by three brothers; Ervin, Louis and Milton.
Services will be 3:30 P.M. Friday, July 2, at the Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball with burial in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1:30 P.M. until service time Friday.
