The funeral directors at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons have many years of experience in making funeral arrangements for veterans. We will make sure your loved ones receive the respect and honor they deserve.
If the deceased is an honorably discharged veteran of the U. S. Armed Forces, he or she may be entitled to special burial benefits.
If you wish, we will make arrangements for burial at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) will pay for the grave, grave opening, concrete box, grave liner and will will also furnish a headstone or grave marker at no charge. In some cases, transportation expenses are paid.
