| Thomas Lynn Conroy, son of William Andrew Conroy and Betty June Mears Conroy, was born June 2, 1959 in Jefferson, Iowa and died May 27, 2006 in Iowa City, Iowa at the age of 46 years, 11 month and 25 days.
Tom was a lifelong resident of Jefferson. His mother died when he was a small boy, and he and his brothers were raised by their father. Tom was employed by Rick Pearce as a body man in auto repair, he was also employed for a time by Chicago Rivet. Tom’s favorite pastimes were fishing and hunting. Tom was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew Chip Johnson. He is survived by his brothers: Bill Conroy and his wife Sue of Jefferson and Kirk Conroy and his wife Dyana of Girard, Kansas; nephew: Chad Johnson and his wife Melissa of Girard, Kansas; nieces: Mindy Palmer and her husband Jason of Jamaica; Jenell Conroy of Jefferson and Katie Conroy of Girard, Kansas; aunt: Edythe Conroy of Jefferson; other relatives and friends. | ||
