Mrs. Eleanor Clampitt | Special Services:
A celebration of Eleanors life was held on Thursday June 4, 2009 at the Pineview Mennonite Church. Pastor Roger Hazen and others delivered condolences, tributes and a final message. Services concluded at the church. Eleanors children honored her wishes and cremation has taken place with a private committal of her urn at the Millington Twp. Cemetery.

| | | Eleanor passed away early Friday morning May 29, 2009 while at the Covenant Health Care-Harrison Campus. Eleanor was 92.
Eleanor M. Watkins was the daughter of Guy and Blanche (Laurie) Watkins. Eleanor was born in Vassar Twp. on June 12, 1916, where she has been a life long resident.She was married to the late Loren Clampitt who has preceded her in death. Eleanor leaves her children; Mrs. Lois Ford, Ron Clampitt, and Sally & Dale Legue. Eleanor also leaves eight grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren. She leaves also a half-brother Jay Diener, and many nieces, nephews, and other extended family. Besides her husband Eleanor is preceeded in death by her siblings, a son Arnold Clampitt, a grandson Guy Clampitt, a daughter in-law Sandra Clampitt, and a son in-law Jack Ford.
Hanlin Funeral Home has been assisting the Clampitt family with arrangements.
