Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday January 26, 2009 at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Frankenmuth, Fr. Robert Bryne celebrated the mass.

| | | Bonnie passed from our world into God's Kingdom Tuesday Jan. 20, 2009 while at the St. Mary's Medical Center in Saginaw MI Bonnie was 61.
Bonnie L. Hanlin was the daughter of Rex & Mary (Roga) Hanlin and was born on Apr. 1, 1947 in Union City PA. Bonnie was a graduate from the University of Detroit and went on to receive her Masters from Wayne State. On August 16, 1969 Bonnie married Francis J. (Fritz) Poledink. Bonnie & Fritz have celebrated 39 years of marriage. Bonnie was a proud teacher and taught for 32 years in the Detroit Elementary Schools. Bonnie retired from teaching 2003. After retitement Bonnie and Fritz moved to Millington where she loved the outdoors and working in her gardens. Bonnie leaves her husband and best friend Fritz. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and sister. Bonnie Leaves also her son Jonathan, grandson Noah, sister Barb Peard, and a brother Rex Hanlin. She leaves also several neices, nephews, extended family and many friends. She is preceded in death by by a son James V. (Jim) Poledink in April of 2008.
Memorial Gifts of Remembrance can be directed to the Michigan Humane Society, or to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen. Hanlin Funeral Home has been assisting the Poledink family with the arrangements.
